Nothing right away: sales keep going through as usual. We never block your sales: that would hurt your business just to charge you more. You get a notice when you reach 80% of the cap, another at 100%, and from the next cycle on you're billed for the next plan up.

Yes, up or down, whenever you want, from the dashboard. A bigger plan applies as soon as the payment goes through; when moving to the annual option of a bigger plan, the unused part of the period you already paid for becomes a prorated credit and is deducted from the amount. A smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, with no charge at that moment.

You pay for 10 months and get 12: that's 2 months free, paid at once by PIX, by card in up to 12 installments, by boleto or split (card and PIX, or two cards). We email you 15, 7 and 1 day before it's due and on the day itself, with the renewal link. The monthly plan is billed automatically. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from the dashboard.

Not for Recebbe: you can subscribe with a CPF (individual taxpayer ID). Whether a CNPJ is required is up to your payment gateway, which handles identity verification and opens the account where the money lands.

You get a notice on the due date and another the day before each step. After 3 days late, the dashboard is locked, but your payment links keep selling. After 7 days, the links go offline, and your students' members area keeps working. After 30 days, the subscription is canceled. Once you pay, everything comes back right away.

It's 7 days on the most popular plan, with every feature and no card needed, covering up to 50 approved sales. If you reach 50 sales before the trial ends, nothing is blocked: the dashboard asks you to choose a plan. We only ask for payment when the trial ends.
