Quick questions
How do I receive the money from my sales?
Straight into your gateway account, without passing through Recebbe. The payout schedule and the transaction fee are your gateway's, negotiated by you. Recebbe only charges the monthly fee.
What happens if I go over my plan's cap?
Nothing right away: sales keep going through as usual. We never block your sales: that would hurt your business just to charge you more. You get a notice when you reach 80% of the cap, another at 100%, and from the next cycle on you're billed for the next plan up.
How does the free trial work?
It's 7 days on the most popular plan, with every feature and no card needed, covering up to 50 approved sales. If you reach 50 sales before the trial ends, nothing is blocked: the dashboard asks you to choose a plan. We only ask for payment when the trial ends.
Do I need a CNPJ (Brazilian company ID)?
Not for Recebbe: you can subscribe with a CPF (individual taxpayer ID). Whether a CNPJ is required is up to your payment gateway, which handles identity verification and opens the account where the money lands.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the dashboard, with no penalty and no phone calls. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
